Brian Construction has been serving the Industrial and Commercial sectors of the Southern and Central areas of California for 33 years. We were established in 1978 and incorporated in 1979.

We are a Facilities and Maintenance orientated General Building Contractor that specializes in concrete construction. We have a proven track record in the installation of precision machine foundations from small CNC’s to large Rollin Mills, Profilers, Printing Presses, Gantry Mills, large and small Presses and Break Presses, Vertical Boring Mills, Drop Hammers and any machine or piece of equipment that requires a foundation for size, weight or accuracy. We are also highly competitive in the construction of building foundations of all sizes, slabs, footings, grade beams, subterranean parking structures, any size of concrete pits or vaults, removal and replacement of area slabs, containment and containment areas, shoring and underpinning, including Design and Build capabilities for all facets of concrete construction. If its designed to be constructed of concrete, no matter what size, shape or where its located, Brian Construction can build it.

Our in house personnel and operations allow us to provide Facilities and Maintenance support services to clients for all their Facilities needs from moving a door, rearranging and construction of small office spaces, demolition and repairs. Brian Construction currently has Maintenance and Service contracts with some of our Aerospace customers. We complete most tasks, including framing, drywall, concrete and miscellaneous construction work with our in house crews, we have a core of sub contractors, on ready call, to direct, for work that requires utility infrastructure re-work or additions.

Our knowledge and years of experience, in the industrial sector, have given us the ability to provide highly qualified Design and Build capabilities for new, specific, areas such as Labs, Clean Rooms, Offices, Secured areas to meet DOD regulated systems, Telephone Data Rooms, New Buildings, Remodels, Parking Lots, Plant Rehabilitation and Relocations, Food Service and Manufacturing Plants, Refineries and More.
